My name is Laura and I am honoured to serve you in bowls of tea, with an open heart to connect and share in the magic and medicine of Cha Dao – The Way Of Tea.
Tea is one of Mama Earths plant medicines, a spiritual elixir once used by shamans to bring back balance of the mind, body and soul.
Tea calms the mind, opens the heart and brightens the eyes.
When we drink wild living tea with roots that grow deep into the soil, we drink in the medicine from the earth.
Real medicine brings us back into balance with Spirit and the Sacred.
When we sit for tea we drink the mountains, the rain, the sun, the moon and the stars.
We can feel this powerful connection to nature when we drink Tea with presence.
Tea Ceremony is a sacred space for this experience to unfold.

Travel to the source of your inspiration
In 2017 I journeyed to Taiwan to spend time with a tea community called Global tea Hut.
At Tea Sage Hut I was taught not just how to make tea but how to serve tea. In particular to begin, bowl tea and side handle ceremony in their tradition.
In this lineage we aim to drink Tea as the ancients once did, as a way to cultivate deeper connection to the earth and to our higher self.
When we drink in a sacred ceremony we get to witness the ordinary moment become the extraordinary.
In the years since, I have sat almost daily at the tea table. She has brought beauty, community and devotion to practice and presence.
Community and Connection is birthed though the joy of sharing Tea.

Tea Ceremony and Mediation is a perfect way to ground our bodies as we welcome in a new day, or as we gather in reflection as the sun sets.
Sunrise & Sunset Ceremonies are my favourite. Everyday a celebration!
Tea Ceremonies are also suitable for many different types of gatherings and a perfect replacement for alcohol.
